What is a health coach?

A Health Coach is someone who works with clients to help them achieve wellness goals such as losing weight, increasing energy, or naturally alleviating symptoms of digestive distress. They also focus on disease prevention, reducing stress, and creating balance in all areas of life. Health Coaches take a whole-body, or holistic, approach to wellness. A health coach is a supportive mentor who helps clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized one-on-one encouragement.

I am known as the “Aromatic Wellness Warrior”. With my extensive background, experience, and training, over the past 25 years, I go beyond food and diet to explore the many ways that a client can improve their quality of life and find lasting health and happiness. We will look at many aspects of your life, such as how your career and fulfilling relationships are affecting your life, your dreams and aspirations and more. I am a graduate of the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN), Holistic Health Practitioner, Clinical Aromatherapist, Board Certified Massage Therapist and Nationally certified Lymphedema Therapist.

What is a health consultation?

Each health coaching program is tailored just for you with what goals you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. The program gives you accountability – from exercise and nutrition to relationships, career, and spirituality. In your initial consultation, we assess your current lifestyle, concerns, and goals to create a tailored plan just for you. In today’s climate, we may focus on teaching stress-reduction methods, immune-boosting tips, and wellness strategies.

What is required?

We will set up appointments via Zoom and work safely and with confidentiality. It is recommended that you install Zoom onto your laptop or desktop computer. Find a quiet space, pen, and paper or IPad or computer to take notes.

What can you expect?

During your initial introductory health consultation, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals. Programs are designed specifically for individual needs and interest and I will be guided by what you are wanting to achieve. I am committed to helping you reach your health goals.
