Therapeutic massage is a form of communication in a silent speech of the hands of the massage therapist to the body of the client. A gentle signal, to tell the body that it is O.K. to relax the muscles and tendons to release stress from body and mind.

Massage is an integral part of stress management. Clinical tests show that during massage, endorphins are released from the skin into the body. This rush of endorphins strengthens the lymph and immune system and normalizes blood pressure. Some of the many benefits of massage are to improve muscle tone, alleviate pain in the joints and muscles, and to relax tight muscles caused by mental, emotional and physical stress. Massage calms and soothes the emotions and promotes a feeling of inner peace.

Soothing anti-stress essential oils are massaged along the acupressure points of your spine to begin your relaxation. Radiant heat soothes tensions and relaxes your back as a warm paraffin mask is gently brushed onto stressed muscles. Anti-stress essential oils bring a state of peace and calm to your body and mind.

Sports Massage - Approx. 50 minutes ($110)

Condition your body for pre or post sports events with a crossfibre deep-tissue massage, to release tension from tight muscles. You will regain flexibility and restore muscles to an optimum state.

Thalassotherapy Tub - Approx. 50 minutes ($105)

Our exclusive Thalassotherapy tub treatment direct from the Spas of Europe has 77 underwater jets which massage specific areas of your body. Stimulating seaweeds for improving circulation and exquisite essential oils for de-stressing, aid in the elimination of toxins and wastes. An underwater hand-held hose gently massages along your lymphatic pathways that run throughout your body. This helps to cleanse your connective tissue of waste, to improve your immune system. This stress reducing and relaxing treatment is wonderful for cellulite reduction. This treatment is a must for your slimming program or after a workout at the gym.
