Join our Mindfulness Yoga classes on Tuesday from 5-7 pm and Saturdays from 10 to 11:30. Pamela Hall has taught yoga and meditation for over 25 years. Improve flexibility of the body and mind-deepen your breathing to reduce stress- learn relaxation and meditation techniques- develop your inner resources to manage stress, anxiety, chronic pain and injury. Pamela has studied and conducted classes and workshops in the U.K., Europe, Africa, India, and the U.S . Her classes are rejuvenating and restorative.
