Executive Retreat - Approx. 2 hours, 30 minutes ($265)
Sports hydrobath with essential oils, deep tissue massage, hotoil scalp therapy, sports manicure

Escape the hectic pace of the outside world as you unwind in or hydrotub with pine, volcanic ash and botanical extracts to detoxify and cleanse. An underwater massage releases tension from tense muscles. Aromatic essential oils of black pepper, marjoram and rosemary increase circulation and leave you feeling invigorated. Continue your escape with a hot oil scalp massage to stimulate circulation of your scalp and totally relax your mind. A 50 minute deep tissue massage will leave you completely de-stressed. A sports manicure will leave you groomed and ready for a night out.

Executive Facial - Approx. 45 minutes ($85)
This is an express facial treatment designed to relax and de-stress tired skin

A relaxing steam and gentle extraction of the pores followed by a calming neck and shoulder massage and clay mask of ginseng, horsetail and chamomile restore health to the skin.

Sports Hydrobath - Approx. 25 minutes ($70)
A revitalizing water therapy to reduce lactic build up and relax tight muscles

A revitalizing water therapy to reduce lactic build up and relax tight muscles. Relax back and let the 77 jets in our exclusive hydrotherapy tub bring you back to a state of balance. An invigorating underwater massage onto tight muscles increases circulation and removes wastes trapped in the muscles.

Hot Oil Scalp Treatment - Approx. 55 minutes ($65)
Our own signature scalp treatment to invigorate and increase circulation to the scalp

A stress reducing and accupressure scalp massage using warm oils to increase circulation and revitalize tired nerves.

Sports Massage - Approx. 50 minutes ($110)

This deep-tissue massage utilizes cross fibre and trigger points to promote rapid recovery from injuries and sore, strained muscles. Muscles are restored to an optimum state of relaxation and flexibility. Excellent for athletes and those who workout regularly.

Deep Tissue Massage - Approx. 25/50 minutes ($85/$110)

A strong vigorous massage to release tensions, help to eliminate pain and relax tight muscles. The pressure is firm throughout with deep work in specific areas to facilitate release of the muscles and a return to a balanced state.

Tension Buster - Approx. 25 minutes ($70)
A de-stressing massage of the neck, shoulders and back

We help to release tensions as expert hands massage tight neck and shoulder muscles utilizing trigger point and accupressure therapy. A deep massage of your back will immediately relax tight muscles and bring you back to a state of calm.

Basics Pedicure - Approx. 45 minutes ($50)
A no frills pedicure in our luxurious Jacuzzi pedi-chairs

As your feet soak in invigorating essential oils in our relaxing Spa chairs with whirlpool jets, we will remove callouses and trim your cuticles and nails. Enjoy a foot reflexology or digital pressure massage to enliven your spirits.

Sports Manicure - Approx. 30 minutes ($25)
A grooming treatment for the hands

Your cuticles will be trimmed, rough edges on fingers smoothed and nails will be neatly filed. You will enjoy a fabulous massage of your hands and arms to give you a relaxed feeling. We will then buff your nails with a chamois to give a healthy sheen.
